Indian Air HVAC in Prescott Valley really lives up to the word “Integrity.” It is so sad how many companies do not seem to understand or value that word anymore. I recently called Indian Air out to service my unit and I was astonished by what the service man told me. In fact, I couldn’t actually believe it so I went up on the roof with the gentleman. He showed me that my unit was set on an old fence board instead of a proper pad. This made my unit unlevel which probably was causing me problems that I was unaware of. Not only that, but the Indian Air serviceman pointed out the poor job on the condi line also. I can not believe that the company I paid my hardworking money to, about 8 years ago, did such a bad/dishonest job. I really wish that company (who is no longer in business,) would have valued the word “Integrity” as Indian Air does.
Indian Air has bent over backwards helping me get my unit straightened out. Thank you Indian Air!
