“Your salesperson took the time & made the effort to crawl into a very narrow & confined space about our ceiling that the roofers, who were called regarding the leaks & damage, insisted was not accessible. He discovered the shady installation and the leaking seal on the original unit. Since installation of the Trane unit we chose, the house has been much more comfortable and there is no sign of moisture in the ceiling, which has finally been repaired & painted after more than a year and four attempts to solve the problem [from other companies].”
