*Indian Air shall not be liable for losses or defects arising out of vandalism, fire, flood, wind, war, riots and acts of God. In such cases, the customer shall be charged for the parts and labor involved at the then current price for such repairs. No such parts or labor shall be furnished, however, without authorization from the customer.
**Monthly payments will be automatically deducted on the 15th of every month from the credit card on file, membership will be automatically renewed on an annual basis until canceled If customer cancels before the end of the contract term, customer will be refunded a prorated amount. Should customer desire to cancel service after the contract term, the customer must provide 30 days written notice of cancellation.
